1. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
Digital products or downloadable content
Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Perishable or consumable goods
3. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Late or missing refunds

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.
